Privacy Policy

Last Updated: April 26, 2026

Print Chasers LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services, including our alert bot, our website, and any associated tools or features (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

Account and Personal Information. When you create an account, subscribe, or make a payment, we may collect your name, email address, billing address, phone number (if provided), payment information (processed securely by Stripe), and any other information you choose to provide.

Information from Third-Party Login Providers. If you sign in using a third-party authentication provider such as Google, that provider may share certain profile information with us, including your name, email address, profile picture, and a unique account identifier. We use this information solely to create and manage your account. We do not receive your password from these providers, and we receive only the information you authorize them to share. Your use of these providers is also governed by their own privacy policies.

User Content. Any content you create or submit through the Services — such as notes, watchlists, predictions, ideas, or other personal data ("User Content") — is collected and stored to provide the Services to you.

Usage Data. We may collect non-personal information about your interactions with the Services, such as device type, browser, operating system, IP address, referring URLs, pages viewed, and usage patterns. This helps us improve functionality and security.

Cookies, Session Tokens, and Similar Technologies. We use cookies, session tokens (including authentication tokens issued by our login system), and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and analyze usage. See Section 7 for more.

Communication Data. Information you provide when contacting us (e.g., via email at Matthewschams@gmail.com) or through customer support.

Acceptance Records. When you accept our Terms or this Privacy Policy, we record the version accepted and the date and time of acceptance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including sending alerts and processing subscriptions;

  • Authenticate you and secure your account;

  • Process payments through Stripe, our third-party payment processor;

  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, billing, support inquiries, or material changes to our Terms or this Privacy Policy;

  • Analyze usage in aggregated or anonymized form to improve the Services;

  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents;

  • Comply with legal obligations under Indiana and U.S. law.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your information:

  • With Stripe to process payments. Stripe collects and processes your payment information under its own Privacy Policy.

  • With third-party login providers (such as Google) when you choose to authenticate through them. The information shared is governed by the provider's privacy practices.

  • With service providers who help us operate the Services, such as hosting providers, database providers, authentication providers, and analytics providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may only use your information to provide services to us.

  • For legal purposes to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal processes; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Print Chasers LLC, our users, or others.

  • In a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case your information may be transferred to a successor entity. We will provide notice if this occurs.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. These measures include encryption in transit (HTTPS), secured authentication, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Payment information is processed by Stripe using industry-standard encryption.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Your Data Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.

  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal obligations (e.g., tax record retention, fraud prevention).

  • Portability: Request a copy of certain information in a portable format.

  • Withdraw Consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time (this will not affect prior processing).

To exercise these rights, contact us at Matthewschams@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

The Services use Stripe for payment processing and may use Google or other providers for authentication. The Services may also rely on third-party hosting, database, and analytics providers. Each of these providers handles your information under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

  • Authentication: Keeping you signed in across visits using secure session tokens.

  • Preferences: Remembering settings such as filters, watchlists, or display preferences.

  • Analytics: Collecting aggregated, anonymized usage data to understand how the Services are used and improve them.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use parts of the Services (for example, staying signed in).

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Services or fulfill legal obligations:

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.

  • Account deletion: when you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete your personal information from our active systems within 30 days, subject to legal obligations (such as financial and tax records) that may require longer retention.

  • Backups: archived backups containing personal information are typically purged on a rolling basis within 90 days.

  • Usage data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely for analytics.

  • Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting laws.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at Matthewschams@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete it.

10. International Users

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information will be transferred to, processed, and stored in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Services, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy will be resolved in the courts of Indiana, subject to any arbitration provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
